A representative from Berkshire Family & Individual Resources (BFAIR) will be here recruiting for various positions. Stop by for on the spot interviews. They will be recruiting for the following positions.
House Manager – DDS Residential
- High school diploma or GED/ Bachelor’s degree preferred.
House Manager – ABI Residential
- 2 or more years working with individuals with developmental disabilities
Developmental Specialist
- Must possess basic math (addition/subtraction) skills, ability to read & write, communicate effectively both verbally and written
Registered Nurse (DDS Residential RN)
- Licensed Registered Nurse by the Massachusetts Board of Nursing
- At least two years’ experience in the direct care of the elderly or disabled
Direct Care Residential (1, 2, 3 & Float shifts)
- Full and comprehensive training is provided
- Valid driver’s license with ready access to an automobile is required
Homecare Aide I, II and III (1st and 2nd)
- Full Time & Part time available
- CNA or Home Health Care Aide License/Certificate preferred
Relief/Per Diem Direct Care
- Provides various supports to individuals under DDS, and ABI or MFP waiver programs in a group home setting
